1. About PackHunt

PackHunt is a community-driven mobile application operated by Swiftbit Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By downloading or using PackHunt, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PackHunt. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You may not create accounts for purposes of abuse, spam, or impersonating others.
• You may request account deletion by contacting support@packhunt.app or through in-app account settings.

4. Acceptable use

When contributing to PackHunt (adding pins, reporting stock, casting votes), you agree to:

• Only submit accurate, genuine stock reports based on your real-world experience.
• Not submit false, misleading, or malicious reports.
• Not use offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content in pin names or usernames.
• Not attempt to manipulate the reputation system or abuse voting.
• Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the app.

We may remove reports, pins, or accounts that we reasonably believe compromise the integrity of the platform.

5. Community content

Stock reports and pins submitted by users represent individual observations and are not guaranteed to be accurate. Stock availability can change rapidly and reports may become outdated between submission and viewing. PackHunt does not verify reports and accepts no liability for decisions made based on community-submitted data. Always confirm stock availability directly with the retailer.

Retailers referenced within PackHunt are independent third parties and are not affiliated with or endorsed by PackHunt.

6. Pro subscription

PackHunt offers an optional Pro subscription (PackHunt Pro) which unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are billed monthly and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel at any time through your device's subscription settings. Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store.

7. Intellectual property

All content, design, and code within PackHunt (excluding user-submitted content) is owned by Swiftbit Labs Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Pokémon is a trademark of Nintendo / Creatures Inc. / GAME FREAK inc. PackHunt is an independent community tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokémon Company.

8. Disclaimers and liability

PackHunt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the app or accuracy of map or location services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swiftbit Labs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on community stock reports.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, without notice. You may stop using PackHunt at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email.
