How do I report stock at a store?
Tap any pin on the map to open the store detail sheet. You'll need to check in first, then tap 'In Stock' or 'Out of Stock' to submit your report. Check-ins are required to vote and help to verify the authenticity of the reports.
What is the reputation system?
Every vote you cast earns reputation points. The more rep you have, the higher your tier — and the more weight your votes carry in the community confidence score. Tiers range from New Scout to Pack Master.
How do I add a new store pin?
Tap the '+' button on the map screen. Long-press to place a pin at the exact location, then fill in the store details. Community pins are reviewed before they become fully verified.
Why can't I see pins in my area?
Make sure location permissions are granted and your search radius is set wide enough in the Profile tab. If there are genuinely no pins in your area, be the first to add one!
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Pro subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone and cancel from there. You'll retain access until the end of the billing period.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at support@packhunt.app with the subject 'Account Deletion' and we'll remove your account and personal data within 30 days.
